I have conducted my Anahata Cakra Art Workshop on zoom twice so far. The first time was for the UK margiis, and the second time was with one of the global kiirtan groups. A total of 30 margiis attended both workshops.
My art workshop includes a ppt of quotes on Anahata Cakra from Baba’s darshans, a colour visualisation, and an expressive art activity with Japanese Haiku poetry.
