Ashutosh (LFT) distributed hundreds of posters and leaflets in Mariupol, Ukraine (see leaflet above). Last week, plenty of food was distributed for the homeless people. Also PCAP work for abandoned animals in Ukraine.
Homelessness is a complex social problem with a variety of underlying economic and social factors such as poverty, lack of affordable housing, uncertain physical and mental health, addictions, and community and family breakdown. With regular services, the volunteers get to know the condition and situation of the vulnerable, which also includes the animals. The purpose for these services is not merely to help others, but connects us with that inner feeling of compassion and love for all as experienced by practitioners of a neohumanistic lifestyle. This can be broaden towards humanitarian relief work and environmental protection. In this regard, one Spiritual Ecology Workgroup was created in 2018 Berlin Sector Conference.
